Frederikssund Marina can be called at around the clock. The port is only open from 1 April to 1 November. From the north, the harbor can only be called at within Crown Prince Frederik's Bridge's opening hours. Arrive at the harbor from the north through the dug gutter leading beacons down to the bridge. The width of the bridge where you can sail through is 30 meters, and there is a headroom of 3.1 meters. If you want the bridge opened, this can be done every half or full hour from 9.00 to 30 min after sunset - there are exceptions in the rush hour traffic. It is recommended to pass by motor, as there may be strong currents in the area around the bridge. It is free to open the bridge. There is a bird sanctuary in Roskilde fjord, so there is a speed limit of 8 knots. In the harbor basin there is a speed limit of 3 knots.
